संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र राज्य सिमांकन
क्षेत्रातील महाराष्ट्र राज्य स्तरावर सरकारी व खाजगी विद्युत कंपनीचे (विद्युत निर्मिती,
विद्युत पारेषण, विद्युत वितरण) विभागातील विविध झोन, विभाग, उपविभाग इत्यादीमध्ये कार्यरत
असलेल्या कंत्राटी तथा अस्थायी कामगारांना ज्याचे वय १८ वर्षे पूर्ण झालेल्या कोणत्याही
व्यक्तीला खालील अटींवर संघटनेचे सभासद होता येईल.
Any individual working in various zones, divisions, subdivisions etc. in the
departments of government and private electricity companies (electricity generation,
electricity transmission, electricity distribution) at the Maharashtra state level in the
entire Maharashtra state demarcation area, who has completed 18 years of age, can become a
member of the organization on the following conditions.

प्रवेश शुल्क रू. २०/- देण्यास तयार असेल तर
If ready to pay admission fee of Rs. 20/-
-
मासिक वर्गणी रू.१०/- देण्यास तयार असेल किंवा वार्षिक वर्गणी रू. १२०/-
एकमुस्त देण्यास तयार असेल तर
If ready to pay monthly subscription of Rs. 10/- or annual subscription of
Rs. 120/- in lump sum

संघटनेचे नियम व उपनियमाचे पालन करण्यास तयार असेल तर
If ready to follow the rules and bylaws of the organization

तसेच संघटनेचा सभासद होते वेळी त्यास विभागातील अन्य कोणत्याही कामगार
संघटनेचा तो सभासद नसेल तर त्याला/तिला संघटनेचा सभासद होता येईल
Also, if at the time of becoming a member of the organization, he/she is
not a member of any other workers' organization in the department, then he/she can
become a member of the organization

सभासदत्वाचा अर्ज संघटनेच्या व्यवस्थापन समितीने मान्य करावा लागेल

मानसेवी सदस्यांना प्रवेश:

ज्या व्यक्ती संघटनेचे
सामान्य सदस्य होण्यास पात्र नसतील त्यांना व्यवस्थापन समितीवर निवडून देता यावे किंवा स्वीकृत
करून घेता यावे याकरिता संघटनेचे मानसेवी सदस्य म्हणून दाखल करून घेता येईल. त्यांच्या पदावधीत
ते संघटनेचे मानसेवी सदस्य राहतील. भारतीय श्रमिक संघ अधिनियम-१९२६ च्या कलम- २२ मधील उपविधी
(२) अन्वये या सदस्यांची संख्या एकूण कार्यकारिणी पदाधिकाऱ्यांच्या १/२ किंवा ५ या दोन्ही
पेक्षा जी कमी असेल त्यापेक्षा अधिक असणार नाही. तसेच उपविधी (३) अन्वये मंत्री परिषदेचा सदस्य
किंवा केंद्र शासन अथवा राज्यशासन यांच्याकडील लाभदायी पद (ऑफीस ऑफ प्रॉफीट) धारण करणारी
कोणतीही व्यक्ती नोंदणीकृत श्रमिक संघाच्या कार्यकारिणी परिषदेवर अथवा कार्यकारिणीवर सदस्य
म्हणून राहू शकणार नाही.
Persons who are not eligible to become ordinary members of the organization can
be admitted as honorary members of the organization so that they can be elected or approved
on the management committee. They will remain honorary members of the organization during
their tenure. According to sub-regulation (2) of section 22 of the Indian Trade Unions
Act-1926, the number of these members will not be more than 1/2 or 5 of the total executive
office bearers, whichever is less. Also, according to sub-regulation (3), no member of the
Council of Ministers or any person holding a beneficial office (Office of Profit) from the
Central Government or State Government can remain as a member on the Executive Council or
Executive Committee of a registered trade union.

व्यवस्थापन समितीच्या परवानगीने सहा
महिनेपर्यंत आपली मासिक वर्गणी न भरणारा किंवा उपरोक्त समितीच्या परवानगीशिवाय ३ महिनेपर्यंत
वर्गणी न भरणारा सदस्य संघटनेचा सदस्य म्हणून राहणे बंद होईल; परंतु आपली थकबाकी भरल्यानंतर
त्याला संघटनेत पुन्हा येण्याचा हक्क राहील.
A member who does not pay his monthly subscription for six months with the
permission of the management committee or does not pay the subscription for 3 months without
the permission of the above committee will cease to be a member of the organization;
however, he will have the right to return to the organization after paying his
arrears.

कोणताही सदस्य निदान सहा महिनेपर्यंत
सदस्य असल्याशिवाय आणि त्याने सर्व अंशदाने दिलेली असल्याशिवाय त्याला संघटनेचे आपल्या सदस्याला
द्यावयाचे ठरवलेले कोणतेही लाभ मिळण्याचा हक्क राहणार नाही. ज्यांची वर्गणी किंवा देय रक्कमा
भरावयाच्या राहिल्या आहेत, अशा संघटनेच्या सदस्यांना त्याने सर्व बाकी रक्कमा भरल्याशिवाय आणि
बाकी रक्कमा भरल्या त्या तारखेपासून दोन महिन्याचा कालावधी झाला असल्याशिवाय कोणताही लाभ
मिळण्याचा हक्क राहणार नाही. व्यवस्थापन समितीच्या मंजुरीशिवाय किंवा संमतीशिवाय संघटनेचे सभासद
संपावर गेल्यास ते कोणत्याही लाभास पात्र राहणार नाहीत.
No member shall be entitled to receive any benefits decided by the organization
for its members unless he has been a member for at least six months and has paid all
contributions. Members whose subscriptions or dues are pending will not be entitled to
receive any benefits until they have paid all outstanding amounts and two months have passed
from the date of payment of outstanding amounts. If members of the organization go on strike
without the approval or consent of the management committee, they will not be eligible for
any benefits.
सदस्यांची नोंदवही:
Members' Register:
आपल्या सर्व सदस्यांनी नावे
आणि त्यांचे कामाचे ठिकाण, त्यांचे निवासस्थान इत्यादींचा तपशील असलेली एक नोंदवही संघटनेने
ठेवली पाहिजे. ही नोंदवही संघटनेच्या मुख्य कार्यालयात सुट्ट्यांचे दिवस सोडून इतर कोणत्याही
दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेमध्ये कोणत्याही सदस्याला किंवा अधिकाऱ्याच्या तपासणीसाठी ठेवण्यात
येतील.
The organization must maintain a register containing details of names of all
its members, their place of work, residence, etc. This register will be kept at the
organization's head office for inspection by any member or officer during office hours on
any day except holidays.
