महाराष्ट्र राज्य स्वतंत्र विद्युत कंत्राटी कामगार संघटना ही महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील विद्युत कंत्राटी व अस्थायी कामगारांच्या हक्कांचे रक्षण, संघटन आणि कल्याणासाठी कार्यरत स्वतंत्र संघटना आहे. कामगारांना न्याय्य वेतन, सुरक्षित कामकाज, सामाजिक सुरक्षा आणि संस्थात्मक प्रतिनिधित्व मिळावे हा आमचा मुख्य हेतू आहे. The Maharashtra Rajya Swatantra Vidyut Kantrati Kamgar Sanghatna is an independent union for the rights, organization, and welfare of contract and temporary electrical workers across Maharashtra. Our central objective is fair wages, safer work conditions, social protection, and institutional representation.
संघटनेची नोंदणी श्रमिक संघ अधिनियम, 1926 अंतर्गत करण्यात आली असून राज्यातील वीज निर्मिती, पारेषण आणि वितरण क्षेत्रातील कामगारांना एकत्रित व्यासपीठ उपलब्ध करून देणे ही संघटनेची पायाभूत भूमिका आहे. The union is registered under the Trade Unions Act, 1926 and serves as a common platform for workers in electricity generation, transmission, and distribution sectors across Maharashtra.
आज संघटना सदस्यता, शासनरचना, आर्थिक शिस्त, सभा प्रक्रिया आणि कायदेशीर अनुपालन या पाच आधारस्तंभांवर काम करत आहे. Today, the union operates on five pillars: membership systems, governance structure, financial discipline, meeting procedures, and legal compliance.
